1. المنتجات الجاهزة
إذا طلبت ماوس باد بتصميم جاهز من المتجر وترغب في استبداله أو استرجاعه، يسعدنا خدمتك وفق الشروط التالية:
- المدة الزمنية: يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 5 أيام فقط من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
- حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون الماوس باد غير مستخدم ، وبنفس الحالة التي استلمته بها.
- تكاليف الشحن: يتحمل العميل بالكامل تكاليف شحن المنتج .
2. الطلبات الخاصة والمخصصة (تصميمك الخاص)
نظراً لأن منتجات التصميم الخاص يتم تصنيعها وطباعتها بناءً على رغبة واختيار العميل الشخصي:
- لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال الماوس باد الذي تم تنفيذه بطلب تصميم خاص نهائياً.
- الاستثناء الوحيد: يتم استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج المخصص فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطباعة من طرفنا.
3. العيوب المصنعية أو الأخطاء
في حال وصول المنتج إليك تالفاً أو به عيب مصنعي، أو حدث خطأ من طرفنا في تنفيذ التصميم:
- نرجو منك التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب وتزويدنا بصور واضحة للخطأ أو التلف.
- سنتكفل نحن بكامل تكاليف الشحن والطباعة واستبدال المنتج لك مجاناً دون أي تكلفة إضافية عليك.

1. Ready-Made Products
If you ordered a mousepad with a ready-made design from the store and wish to exchange or return it, we are happy to serve you according to the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Exchange or return is allowed within 5 days only from the date of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The mousepad must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Shipping Costs: The customer fully bears the shipping costs of the product.
2. Special and Custom Orders (Your Own Design)
Since custom design products are manufactured and printed based on the customer's personal choice and preference:
- The mousepad executed as a custom design order cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- The Only Exception: The custom product will only be exchanged or returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.
3. Manufacturing Defects or Errors
In the event that the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or an error occurs on our part in executing the design:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide us with clear photos of the error or damage.
- We will cover all shipping, printing, and product replacement costs for you free of charge, without any additional cost to you.
